Kim Kardashian Looks Unrecognizable With Ultra-Thin Eyebrows and a Buzz Cut

InStyle: There’s no question that Kim Kardashian has tried out her fair share of hairstyles over the years, from platinum blonde waist-length waves to chic brunette baby bangs. But donning an edgy buzz cut even shorter than her momager Kris Jenner’s signature pixie? Well, that’s something we never thought we’d see from the star — until today.

On Monday, Kardashian kicked off her week by gracing the cover of CR Fashion Book’s latest Muses Issue in one of her least recognizable beauty looks to date. In the snaps, the SKIMS founder traded her luxurious extensions and full glam look for a totally buzzed head and ultra-thin ‘90s-style eyebrows. Keeping with the pared-down energy, Kardashian posed in nothing but a dirt-covered scoop neck wife pleaser and black-rimmed glasses, and she left the newly chopped ‘do (which was likely the result of a great wig) to sit freely, untouched by gel.

While additional photos from the black-and-white shoot saw Kim posing pantsless in an oversized black sweater, snapping a photo in a button-up cardigan, and lighting matches in a totally sheer lingerie set, they all featured the same head-turning hairdo.

“Each one of my babies is so different and I love that and try to nurture that. Lately, I have been traveling with each of my children separately to take them on some one-on-one time exploring different cultures and worlds,” Kardashian shared. “And at the same time doing things that they are passionate about. For example, Saint loves soccer, so I’ve enjoyed traveling the world to see games and really bonding with him through the sport. I want all of my kids to be 100% who they are.”

Kim added, “I hope my children will cherish the family community that we’ve tried to instill. For my whole family, we all live close together and the cousins feel like siblings. It’s so special they all have each other.”
