For the “You Belong With Me” singer, bangs never go out of style. Swift has been sporting some face framing iteration since her Speak Now days, including a dramatic eyelash-skimming blunt cut, a side-swept heavy fringe, and of course, the more piecey and soft front bangs that she’s been wearing while performing her three-hour-long Eras tour sets.
Just hours after the “Lavender Haze” singer performed at Lucas Oil Stadium with her shiny Eras Tour bodysuits and bronde long bangs on Friday, Swift debuted a hair revamp for Saturday’s show—which also happened to be boyfriend Travis Kelce’s first Eras tour performance since watching his girlfriend in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, in July.
While the “Down Bad” singer kept with a similar style as before, Swifties noticed that her signature bangs appeared to have gotten at least an inch cut off for her Saturday, November 2 show. Per fan videos shared on X (formerly Twitter), Swift showed off a thicker and shorter bang shape that was more rounded and fully exposed her eyebrows, unlike the eye-grazing cuts she’s been wearing recently.
It’s not too surprising that Swift decided to give her fringe a trim with her boyfriend and mom Andrea Swift in the audience. Fans captured some sweet moments between the pair as they bonded in the VIP section, including when they danced and hugged as Swift sang “So High School”—a seeming shoutout to her Kansas City Chiefs beau.
Only time will tell whether Swift decides to embrace a more chameleonic beauty aesthetic once the Eras Tour is over, but if her Chiefs game day beauty looks are any indication—from her heavy side-swept WAG fringe to her slightly middle-parted frontal bangs—it seems like she could be ready to experiment.
